Organisationsformen

Wie auf der KIF in Regensburg besprochen, sollen hier Organisationsformen von Fachschaftszeitungen beschrieben werden (also der Ablauf von der Idee zum fertigen Heft.)

Inforz (TU Darmstadt)

• Auf Redaktionstreffen wird über Artikelideen diskutiert und Zuständigkeiten vergeben.
• Artikel und Artikelstatus' werden in einem internen Wiki verwaltet.
• Zwischendurch gibt es immer mal wieder Redaktionstreffen, auf denen gemeinsam Artikel geschrieben oder recherchiert werden.
• Sobald genügend Artikel fertig sind, beginnt das Korrekturlesen. Alle Artikel müssen in ausgedruckter Form mindestens zweimal Korrekturgelesen werden. Die Änderungen werden danach in das Wiki übertragen. Für das Korrekturlesen finden meist Treffen statt.
• Nach dem Korrekturlesen werden fertige Artikel einzeln von verschiedenen Leuten mit Scribus gesetzt und in ein SVN hochgeladen.
• Sobald alle Artikel fertig gesetzt sind, werden alle Scribus-Dateien zusammengefügt und eine Vorabversion erstellt, intern über das Web verfügbar gemacht und im Fachschaftsraum ausgelegt.
• Nach einigen Tagen erscheint eine neue Vorabversion, in welche die Änderungen der vorherigen Version eingearbeitet sind.
• Nach drei bis fünf Vorabversionen geht das Heft in Druck und wird einige Tage später ausgelegt und verteilt.

Artikelpool

Auf dieser Seite sollen Artikel eingestellt werden, die von anderen Fachschaften für ihre eigene Zeitung verwendet werden können. Bei einem Nachdruck ist der Autor, das Ersterscheinungsjahr und die Ersterscheinungszeitung anzugeben. Außerdem wäre es eine nette Geste, die Fachschaft bzw. dem Autoren, von dem ein nachgedruckter Artikel stammt, eins oder zwei Belegexemplare (auf Papier oder elektronisch) zukommen zu lassen.
